The Centre for Justice Innovation has just launched a new online resource aimed at mapping innovative justice projects across the UK.
The project has just started and currently includes just 23 projects in England & Wales. But the Centre intends to keep adding to the map and is keen to hear from practitioners from across the UK about new and exciting initiatives that we can add. If you would like your work to be included, please get in touch with the Centre.
The map can be filtered by location, by the type of people the project primarily works with, by the agencies involved and by the focus of the project.
The database currently includes projects focused on:
- Diversion (11)
- Mental health and wellbeing (8)
- Addiction (4)
- Domestic Abuse (4)
- Safety (4)
- Stalking (3)
- Education, Training & Employment (1)
- Research (1)
- Restorative Justice (1)
Of course, many projects can be listed under more one category.
The Centre for Justice Innovation has a reputation for being evidence-based and committed to sharing best practice. If you’re involved in innovative practice, do please take the time to get involved in this CJI project.
