In the last two years, Russell has:

Facilitated a multi-agency seminar to reconfigure treatment services in Westminster

Co-run two staff conferences in Lewisham

Chaired a series of five conferences for Policy Spotlight

Designed and run team building days for six different teams in four different London boroughs

Designed and delivered training on working with drug using offenders for Hackney Drug and Alcohol Action Team

Training and Facilitation

Russell is a fully qualified Health Education Authority Approved trainer. He has designed and delivered training courses on a wide range of alcohol, drugs and criminal justice subjects over a fifteen year period.

He has also organised and delivered seminars and development days on a number of themes including:

  • Reconfiguring treatment systems

  • Service user involvement

  • Planning aftercare services

  • Developing Drug Intervention Programmes

  • Drug market mapping

 

Recently he has delivered a number of team building days for Drug Intervention Programme and Drug and Alcohol Action teams.

He has also worked in partnership with Policy Spotlight to develop conference programmes and chair the ensuring conferences.
