Instant Checkmate

Instant Checkmate is a US company whose business is based on collating public records on the whole population and making them available to customers:

“Whether researching arrest recordsphone numbers, addresses, demographic data, census data, or a wide variety of other information, we help thousands of Americans find what they’re looking for each and every day.”

It basically allows customers to run an online background check on a prospective employee, partner or anyone at all.

There doesn’t yet appear to be a UK equivalent.

This is a growing business with 200 million searches already conducted.

So who better to put together an infographic on Cybercrime?
