I covered the National Audit Office’s highly critical review of the progress (or lack of it) of the government’s Transforming Rehabilitation probation reforms when it was published last Friday (1 March 2019). See it here.

  1. It is more predictable than shocking. What is shocking is that Chris Grayling is still in government and that they are going to do it again with TR2.
