Hestia is the largest provider of accommodation and outreach support to survivors of Human Trafficking/ Modern Slavery in London.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Modern Slavery Response Team promoting best practice in support for survivors, manage our lead supplier contract and work in partnership with our communications team to ensure that Modern Slavery remains firmly on the agenda of our partners and external agencies .
You will have experience of delivering trauma informed care, have an in depth knowledge of Modern Slavery and be able to lead managers in delivering excellent accommodation and outreach services.
Hestia is committed to assisting individuals to recover from the effects of trafficking and supporting survivors on their journey through the National Referral Mechanism recovery and reflection period. This service supports Men, Women & Families.
This newly created role is a genuine exciting opportunity to lead a rapidly expanding team, work in a fast moving vibrant organisation, tackling the growing issue of modern slavery that effects men, women and children.
This is a great chance to ensure that modern slavery stays on the political agenda and be part of the solution to the victims of trafficking.

Salary: £44,172 rising to £45,048 per annum after 1 year
Hours: 39 hours per week
